This information applies only to those participants who require Letters of Invitations for visa application to enter Lithuania (a member of the European Union).
Conference Organizing Committee sends Invitation Letters only to:
- Representatives or academic staff of educational or research organizations (universities, research institutes, etc.) who have paid the Conference registration fee or;
- Authors whose Conference papers were accepted and who have paid the Conference registration fee.
- Institutional social partners who received personal Conference Invitations on behalf of Conference Organizers.
Attention: Upon registration, please provide your institutional email address, since it is necessary to process your letter of invitation.
